Our founder started this company after years of service, wanting to bring that same attention to detail home. Fruita is full of properties with land around them, homes at the end of long driveways, shops and outbuildings away from the main house, and small businesses on Aspen Ave that close up at night. Those setups have blind spots, and blind spots are where trouble starts.
